Dr. Buddy Scearce (SPC ’07) is co-founder of WellSpring Psychology Group and CheckIn360.

After a career in industrial sales, he completed his PsyD at Regent University, where he met Jason Anderson. Buddy helped shape WellSpring’s vision of combining clinical excellence with accessible care and played a key role in launching both CheckIn360 and the Helpers Almanac. Known for his business-minded approach to psychology, he now also supports practice consulting and development.

Dr. Jason Anderson (SPC ’06) is co-founder of WellSpring Psychology Group and CheckIn360.

A former technology professional, he transitioned into psychology through Regent University’s PsyD program. Jason’s passion for improving systems inspired the creation of CheckIn360 and the Helpers Almanac, both designed to streamline care and enhance access. He continues to lead innovation at WellSpring and contributes to its consulting and product-development initiatives.
